Personal Trainer, Powerlifting Coach
In a quest to stand out in your mind and not turn your eyes to mush reading over another profile
speaking about one’s brilliance I’d like to give you a list of things clients have said about me:
- You are horrible
- Why are you so short?
They are lovely people.
In all seriousness, I got into Personal Training about 10 years ago. At the start I was terrible but cared
enough about people/felt insecure enough to want to constantly improve. 10 years later I feel like I
might just start scratching the surface of awesomeness in another 10-20 years or so.
My philosophy on training people is to create success in the gym environment wherever I can.
Success might take the form of having a client enjoy a great strength training session for the first time
or perhaps getting someone’s shoulder out of pain during training for the first time in a while.
There are many forms of success in relation to training. My job is to help you find them.
