Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Manage all social media channels, including interacting, creating content, planning and posting content
Engage and interact with social media channels, analysing all key growth metrics
Report analytics and findings from social channels at team meetings
Create aesthetically strong and interactive content with engagement and participation in mind
Propose new ideas, concepts, campaigns and strategies through research and competitor and influencer analysis
Assisting with and attending outreach events and ensuring coverage on social media
Work closely with the Directors and other stakeholders.
Candidate Skills & Experience:
You must have a passion for social media, be active on all social media platforms and have a thorough understanding of what great content is.
You will also have strong copywriting skills and be able to write copy tailored to the brand and product.
You will be flexible and adaptable to minor or major changes.
A self-motivated individual and a problem solver, as well as being comfortable working remotely if required.
You must be an excellent communicator and confident in presenting ideas to all levels of the team.
You must be able to work under pressure and be able to turn around tasks with short deadlines.
Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar role or a current social/marketing student with valuable skills.
Experience in any health and fitness discipline, with a good understanding of production, buying, merchandising, design, and supplier management.
Preferably have a working knowledge of content creating mobile apps, canva, adobe design programmes and Microsoft Office programmes.
Content creation experience is a must.
WHAT WOULD A TYPICAL DAY AT FHF LOOK LIKE FOR YOU?
Mondays are our busiest day of the week and candidates must be available 9am -1pm for our weekly update meetings where we go over the previous week’s social analytics and plan for the week ahead.
You will be integral in planning out content across all social channels and posting.
You will carry out research and monitor brand competitors and influencers, including putting together short weekly reports.
You will be interacting on social media channels to increase engagement and reach of content.
You will attend meetings with the general managers, outreach, sales and marketing teams to plan out new content ideas and brand strategies.

Position will be based at our Halfway site (Sheffield S20) however you will be required to work at all of our locations as and when required.
Remuneration will be discussed at interview.
16-20 hours per week – Monday to Friday however weekend working may be required at times.
