Are you wanting to Burn fat? Tone up? Then our Feel the burn session is for you. Our highly trained personal trainers will use a range of training methods to get your muscles burning and fat melting. This resistance based session utilises functional movement to challenge you whether you are new to training or a seasoned pro.

Are you fed up with getting out of breath walking up the stairs? Is your fitness not where you want it to be? Then our Accelerant session is for you. Mixing CV and resistance training in this fun session, you will see your fitness level go through the roof no matter what your current level of fitness is.
FireRox
Come and join us for this fun, challenging session that will get your heart pounding and muscles pumping. No you don’t have to be super fit to take part in our FireRox sessions, all fitness levels are welcome, this session is about personal achievement not a race.
Firefight
What a great way to get fit, burn fat and destress. Let’s slip your boxing gloves on (we do provide but it’s a lot better if you have your own) and have fun. You will be taught some basic boxing skills to help you get the most out of the session and put through various conditioning sessions to boost your fitness. You will see other benefits like stress relief, improved focus and enhanced mental health.
Spin
Heart pumping and legs burning all to party beats, what more could you want. Our spin crew love nothing more than getting you all sweaty to their very own playlists, from old school to modern hits and sometimes even an eclectic mix. Spin sessions are renowned for being a fun session that gets you those fitness results you want.
