Fitness has always been a big part of my life though it started away from the gym and on the football pitch. I played at academy and district level as a schoolboy and ended up playing semi-professional at 16. Though I qualified as a Level 2 gym instructor in 2011, it wasn’t until 2014 when I began taking the gym seriously. It was after training seriously for a few months I decided to obtain my Level 3 personal training qualification and have worked at various commercial and private gyms since. I am currently completing my 2nd degree in Physiotherapy. I am a self confessed “Granddad” and away from the gym, playing football and university, I enjoy being indoors reading, watching documentaries and spending time with the 2 loves of my life…Liverpool FC and my Playstation.
