I am a Sports Coaching Graduate with a background in sport and fitness.
Starting out as a fitness coach within football training young athletes to
developing my career within the fitness industry as a group trainer and PT
I am a keen runner and and fitness enthusiast whose enthusiastic about
being fit and healthy and love pushing myself to my limits.
I am all about bringing energy and drive to my sessions and making
training varied, challenging and intensive for each individual. I have a
desire to push people to their maximum capabilities in order to get fitter,
faster and stronger and get the most from every training session.
I have developed a passion for HIIT and functional training designing
conditioning sessions focusing on developing and testing cardiovascular ,
strength and core fitness”
